Maridon's is a great place for breakfast. The service is great and people are always so friendly. My family and I have been going every Sunday for the last 2 months and look forward to our visit every week. Keep up the great job!

Kind of place where locals before / after church on Sunday, and with good reason- the waitresses know the regulars by name, and coffee's always topped off.
A friendly neighborhood cafe with lots of locals and regular customers, the service is always excellent and accommodating. Many menu items are house-made from scratch and some of the best I've ever had. There is a broad menu selection and everything is cooked to order. This is not a $20-a-plate Portland establishment but a cozy diner with food and prices to match. Recommended!

Hands down the best breakfast spot it town! Started in a cozy Cafe setting. Followed by excellent and very friendly staff. Service was impeccable and we felt part of the family. The hubs had chicken fried steak (excellent). I enjoyed my favorite, eggs benedict (with homemade hollandaise sauce). Delicious food with generous portions. Definitely recommend!
OMG!!!! We live in Seattle and popped in here on a whim after staying over at the McMenamins grand lodge. Let me tell ya, we were NOT disappointed and I would drive out to forest grove again to eat their delicious Chicken fried steak (CFS). Diamond in the Rough brunch spot!!! Hands down one of the best places I've had for breakfast and I've tried allll over the PNW. Food - fantastic! Yummy. Classic but simple. We ate the CFS, which was soo good we order another one to go! Breakfast burrito which came with TWO huge burritos and tasty too. Our friends had the omelette, shared it and had plenty of leftovers too. Service - the staff were the sweetest, very friendly and attentive. Price - a steal for all the food you are getting and the taste too! Random little restaurant in a Safeway parking lot. You'd almost miss it if you were not looking for it! Cute little diner. Unfortunately, no pictures because we were too busy loving our brunch. Cheers!!
